Designs are delivered within an eighth of an inch

Saballos Construction Inc. has been a licensed commercial and residential contractor in Pinellas County for longer than a decade. As a custom homebuilder familiar with creating single-family residences from the ground up, he knows the importance of great kitchen design and accurate measurements.

When one customer chose to forgo his recommendation to use Kuttler Kitchens and instead opted to use one of the large chain stores to design her kitchen, “It was a nightmare,” he said. The design, measurements and delivery schedule created problems that were difficult to overcome.

“The designs are within an eighth of an inch,” said Saballos of Kuttler’s measurement accuracy. “You just have to look at the blueprints, follow them step by step – one, two, three, four – and everything fits like a puzzle.”

Kuttler’s delivery times are as accurate as his measurements. “First of all, Carl is very creative, and he has everything planned, down to the day. When he says the kitchen will be there, it’s there.”
